Dr. Ferrera graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and continued his education as a resident at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. "Like most I am not a big fan of going to the dentist but Amazing smiles goes over and beyond making your visit a positive experience. From the moment you walk in door you are greeted by a friendly staff that takes the time to know you and any specific issues you may have. They don't just treat you like every patient, they make you feel special. The office is very modern and clean. When they take you back they do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable and make sure the procedures are pain free. I took my daughter in today for oral surgery. Because they knew she was very apprehensive about the procedure, they took steps to calm her down and relax her before they did anything. The surgery went great. When my daughter came out she was still under the effects of the anesthesia some and the nurse explained everything to me so I could care for my daughter at home. Then, even though it was raining outside, the nurse helped my daughter across the parking lot, helped her get into the car and helped her place ice packs for the swelling and pain. This is just one example of how the staff in Amazing Smiles goes over and beyond. I would highly recommend this dentist office to everyone."

"I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years... partly because I hadn't had any problems and partly because I'm not a big fan of the dentists office. I recently went to Amazing Smiles and it was an absolutely great experience. You can fill out your initial patient forms online from their website to save time, schedule your appointment via polite staff without being on hold or talking to machines and the bedside manner of the dentists, dental assistants, and oral hygienists were fantastic. Not only will they provide great work for whatever you need, but they'll explain how it will be done and why it's important. They also have some very state of the art technology to help fix your problems and prevent others in the fastest way possible. Just a few examples are on site panoramic x-ray, same day crown treatment, and a cool little toothbrush sized lighted camera they can take pictures with to show you up close and personal problem areas in your mouth you'd otherwise never see! The atmosphere and people make it feel like V.I.P. treatment. I've been recommended to come here by close and trustworthy friends, and have already convinced more people to drop their dentists in favor of Amazing Smiles. Being centrally located in Merritt Island is a huge plus as well!"
